1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE
   National School of Fishing, LLC. maintains this web site (the "Site") for your personal use and information. Your access to and use of the Site is subject to the following Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. National School of Fishing, LLC. may at any time revise these Terms of Service by updating this page. By accessing and/or using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound, without limitation or qualification, by these Terms of Service and any modifications hereto.    Your use of the Site is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy. Third-party web sites linked to the Site, including but not limited to our advertisers' sites, do not fall under the terms of our Privacy Policy. You should refer to those sites' own privacy policies to learn how they collect and use information about you.

   While National School of Fishing, LLC. uses its best efforts to maintain the accuracy and reliability of the Site, it does not warrant or represent that the Site will always function or be error-free. National School of Fishing, LLC. 5. FORUMS
   A "forum" means any message board, chat room, user review forum or similar interactive service appearing on the Site. You must register in accordance with Site instructions in order to contribute to any forum. You may not post on any forum any material that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, invades a person's privacy, violates any intellectual property rights or that would otherwise violate any law. You may not use any forum in a commercial manner.

   You may not post material that solicits funds or that advertises or solicits goods or services. You may not post material known to be false. You may not post messages that contain stock touts. You may not post or transmit any information, software or other material that contains a virus or other harmful component. National School of Fishing, LLC. is not responsible for material appearing in any forum on the Site, except for material signed by an identified representative of National School of Fishing, LLC.

   National School of Fishing, LLC. is not responsible for screening material posted by users for libel, obscenity, invasion of privacy, copyright or trademark infringement, accuracy or for any other reason. National School of Fishing, LLC. retains, however, the right to modify or remove messages or other material that it, in its sole discretion, considers infringing, offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, stale or otherwise unacceptable for any reason. Whether or not National School of Fishing, LLC. modifies or removes such material, users remain solely responsible for the content of their messages and postings.

   By posting any message or material on the Site, you give (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) National School of Fishing, LLC. the perpetual, worldwide, nonexclusive right to use your postings in their original or edited form in any medium now known or later developed, without any compensation for such use. You further warrant that any "moral rights" in posted materials have been waived.

6. "THE BOAT DOCK" SUBMISSIONS
   This classified ad directory is presented as a service to National School of Fishing, LLC. visitors. All transactions are strictly between Seller and Buyer. National School of Fishing, LLC. makes no claims, implied or otherwise, as to the condition, value, or merchantability of any item posted for sale.

   N.S.O.F. Memberships may not be used to post Business Items.

   National School of Fishing, LLC. shall have no liability for the accuracy of the information contained in any advertisements, or for assertions, or omissions therein. Nor shall National School of Fishing, LLC. be liable for claims or losses of any nature.

   National School of Fishing, LLC. will review the content of all ads. National School of Fishing, LLC. reserves the right to remove any advertisements for any reason.

7. REFUNDS
   Due to the nature of this service refunds can not be given. Once a membership is processed the user has immediate access to all the member benefits including lake maps. Once a user has access to this information for their personal use a refund can not be given.

8. INDEMNIFICATION
   You agree to indemnify and hold National School of Fishing, LLC., its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any third party claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms of Service or your infringement (or the infringement by another user who accesses the Site using your computer equipment) of any intellectual property or other right of any person.

9. LINKED SITES
   The Site may contain links to third party web sites. National School of Fishing, LLC. does not control and is not responsible for the contents or privacy policies of any linked site or of any link contained in a linked site. National School of Fishing, LLC. provides these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by National School of Fishing, LLC. of the site. Access to any linked site and participation in any activity or transaction on any linked site, including promotions sponsored by National School of Fishing, LLC.'s advertisers, are at your own risk.

    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. In the event of a dispute, both you and National School of Fishing, LLC. agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wisconsin. National School of Fishing, LLC.'s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by National School of Fishing, LLC. in writing.
